This Nights Away Notification (NAN) Form is no longer in use.
As of 1st February 2025, this online NAN form has been disabled, and Microsoft Word/PDF versions of the form will no longer be accepted.
To submit a Nights Away Notification going forward, please log in to the new Scouts Membership System and select "Complete a Nights Away Form."
This change helps ensure the safety of both adult volunteers and young people, as the new membership system automatically verifies adult volunteers' Training, DBS checks, and Nights Away Permit Level.
